Employee Satisfaction

GDP is one of the few companies in our industry nationwide that continually surveys it's employees to gage their satisfaction. Using a scale of 1 to 10, GDP has consistently achieved above 8.8 in recent surveys.

In fact, our president John Gordon was recently invited to publish an article in a nationally recognized magazine entitled Show Them You Care, about GDP's employee satisfaction program. Additionally, he has spoken to various trade groups about our nationally recognized program.
