Duplo's DP-63 Series Digital Printing Systems offers high speed, 600 dpi printing in a system exclusively designed to meet long-run production requirements. Both the DP-63P and DP-63S offer innovative master and ink systems to create sharp images while maintaining minimal ink consumption, and an innovative thermal head and advanced scanning mechanism ensure outstanding printing. Compatible with either PC or Macintosh computers, the DP-63P offers a computer interface that requires no additional hardware (the DP-63S has an optional computer interface). Both models feature user-friendly operation and require no setup or wash up after use. A unique, three-roller feeding system and air-assisted sheet separation ensure dependable paper transport, while the 3,000-sheet capacity feeding/receiving trays on the DP-63P model provides maximum input and output at speeds of up to 120 copies per minute. Unsurpassed color availability (15 standard and unlimited custom colors), 50 to 499 percent zooming and three print modes (photo, text and duo) round out the series' long list of flexible features. Both models can accommodate paper weights from 13 lb. to 110 lb. and sizes from 11.88" x 17.28".

Automatic-setting Folder: Six pre-programmed folds and two memory functions for pre-programming custom folds make the DF-520 a very user-friendly, versatile, automatic-setting folder. Offering the ultimate simplicity of touch-button operation, this folder requires no adjustment for paper thickness and accepts paper in a wide range of sizes. Productivity is enhanced by a unique jam detector that automatically stops the folding process when something is blocked, and the handy control panel displays programming and error messages at-a-glance.

This automatic-setting bookletmaker is pre-programmed for the most popular applications, and it offers five additional memory settings for custom sizes. Side guides, head stops and staple/fold position stoppers all adjust automatically, enabling an operator to change from one job to the next in seconds. The DBM-120 also features side and back (tall) jog, four fold rollers with adjustable roller pressure, tilt-away exit stacker/conveyor and interlocking safety covers. It is designed to complete up to 2,400 sets per hour comprised of 2 to 22 sheets (88 pages).

Offering dependable, precision paper trimming, Duplo’s 660 cutter is constructed of solid cast-iron and powerful hydraulics for long-lasting performance. Accuracy and ease-of-use are ensured by special features such as an eye-level readout that shows paper position in inches or millimeters on a large digital display. Additional features include an illuminated optical cutting line; a foot-powered clamp for cutting difficult stock; false clamp plates to protect super-sensitive stock; and a special "anti-friction surface" that allows trouble-free handling of all types of paper stocks. The 660 accommodates cuts 26.5" wide and paper heights up to 3.93". This model offers a standard computerized cutter automation system that stores that stores up to 72 cut locations with nine job selections for maximum productivity.
