Requirements

  • Stable career (more than 2 jobs in last 5 yrs- please do NOT apply)

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment

  • Desire to prospect and cold call to generate new business

  • 4 year degree from an accredited college or university

  • Strong work ethic

  • Professional reference

Company allows 17 days of PTO/vacation after one (1) year of employment

Computer Loans

Account Executives have the option of buying a computer/printer through the company after being employed for one (1) full year

Loan will be interest free and paid back in 26 equal payments (1 year) through payroll deductions

  • Employees may participate in the company’s 401K program during the open enrollment period after being employed for one full year.

  • Employee may contribute up to 15% of their annual salary with a maximum of $11,000

  • The company will match elective deferrals up to 6% of compensation by 25%

  • Matching Funds Vesting: Graduated - 20% each year beginning Year 2; 100% vested after 6 years

Available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. In their initial enrollment, employees will have a guarantee issue amount of $50,000 for those under age 60

Dependent Life Insurance

Voluntary Plans offered through Reliance Standard

Spousal Life Insurance available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of 50% of the employees.  $10,000 is the guaranteed issue.  Employees must have a minimum coverage of $50,000

Child(ren) Life Insurance is available in increments of $2,500/$5,000/$7,500 or $10,000 for age 6 months to 19 years

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

Available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000 for yourself.  Family coverage is available as a package.  Spousal benefit is as follows: Spouse only-50%, Spouse with Children-40%.  Child benefit is as follows:  Children with spouse-10%, Children only-15% of employee amount.
