Company Background & Job Purpose:
GORDON DOCUMENT PRODUCTS, a renowned provider of Office Equipment, IT Support, and Document Management Solutions, is seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Technician to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with a team of experienced Technicians your primary responsibility will be providing remote PC and phone support to end users. Assist with inter-office technical support. Provide some desk-side support for external users.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have great personal and communication skills
- Solid experience with MS Office products, Internet support
- Windows OS XP, Vista,7, Active Directory
- PC, Printer, Copier, Network troubleshooting, installation and configuration
- Apple/Mac experience a plus
- Microsoft and/or CompTIA Network certifications a plus

Voluntary Plans offered through Reliance Standard
Spousal Life Insurance available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of 50% of the employees. $10,000 is the guaranteed issue. Employees must have a minimum coverage of $50,000
Child(ren) Life Insurance is available in increments of $2,500/$5,000/$7,500 or $10,000 for age 6 months to 19 years

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
