Vacation

  • Company allows 10 days of vacation after one (1) year of employment
  • 15 days of vacation after five (5) years of employment
  • 20 days of vacation after 15 years of employment

Holidays

  • The company offers 6 paid holidays per year – 1) New Year’s Day, 2) Memorial Day,
    3) 4th of July, 4) Labor Day, 5) Thanksgiving Day, 6) Christmas Day

Personal Days

  • GDP allows seven (7) Personal Time Off (PTO) days per calendar year available to use for disability by injury or illness, personal business, religious holidays or other matters that can only be performed during business hours.

Computer Loans

  • Have option of buying a computer/printer through the company after being
    employed for one (1) full year
  • Loan will be interest free and paid back in 26 equal payments (1 year)
    through payroll deductions
  • Maximum of 10 people allowed at one time on this program

Retirement Plan (401k)

  • Plan is administered by ADP.
  • Employees may participate in the company’s 401K program during the open
    enrollment period after being employed for one full year.
  • Employee may contribute up to 15% of their annual salary with a maximum of $11,000
  • The company will match elective deferrals up to 6% of compensation by 25%
  • Matching Funds Vesting: Graduated - 20% each year beginning Year 2; 100%
    vested after 6 years
  • PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125

Medical

  • Hi – Lo PPO / POS Health Plans; two options to choose from offered
    through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia
  • Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of
    full-time employment
  • PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125
  • $25 office visit Co-Pays; $20 Co-Pay (generic) or $35 Co-Pay
    (brand name) prescriptions

Voluntary Dental

  • Dental plan offered through Assurant Employee Benefits Dental Insurance
  • Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment
  • 2 free cleanings and one free set of x-rays per year
  • PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125

Life Insurance

  • No Cost to Employee
  • Offered through The Hartford
  • Amount of insurance is equal to one (1) times the Annual Employee
    Earnings to a Maximum $100,000
  • Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of
    full-time employment

Dependent Life Insurance

  • No Cost to Employee
  • Offered through The Hartford
  • Amount is $2,000 per dependent spouse or child under age 19
  • Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

  • Voluntary Plan
  • Offered through The Hartford
  • Amount of life insurance is equal to one (1) times the Annual Employee
    Earnings to a Maximum $100,000
